To commission a portrait, full payment is required upfront before work on the drawing begins. I accept payments via PayPal or Credit Cards through a PayPal invoice for international orders, and bank transfers for UK payments. Most items will be shipped within 3-5 business days following the completion of the portrait.

Please note that I operate on a first-come, first-served basis, and waiting times can extend up to 4 months. It’s essential to contact me in advance to ensure your portrait can be completed and delivered by your desired date.

Clients enjoy a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of their initial instalment or full payment to cancel their order and receive a full refund. Cancellations must be submitted via email; please note that once you cancel, you forfeit your position on my waiting list.

• If you choose to cancel your order afthe 7 daysriod, the payment will be retained as a loss of business to cover the artist’s time, administration, emails, mock-ups, and payment processing fees.
• For orders where work has already commenced on the portrait, all payments will be retained to compensate for the artist’s time, administration, and materials used.
• I am here to ensure you are satisfied with your order, so if you encounter any issues, please reach out to me. I am committed to providing excellent feedback and customer service, and I’m ready to assist you with any concerns.

I typically have a client waiting list, and the lead time can vary based on the time of year and the number of portraits already scheduled. I will provide you with an estimated completion date when you reach out.
For specific requests, such as special occasions or birthdays, I will make every effort to accommodate your needs.

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be redeemed against any commission.

Gift vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

All orders are shipped securely with a tracking number to the address you provide. 

My portraits are meticulously packaged to ensure their safe arrival. In the rare event that damage occurs during transit, please send me a photo of the damaged artwork right away.
Depending on the extent of the damage, you will need to return the artwork to me, and I will create a new portrait at no cost to you. The new portrait will be prioritised on my client waiting list.

All items for sale, including commissions, are not subject to Value Added Tax. Clients are responsible for any import duties that may apply in their respective countries.

While we strive for the highest accuracy in reproducing prints to match their originals, please note that slight variations may occur due to differences in scanning settings and individual monitor or screen calibrations.

The artist retains full copyright in all artwork produced, including mock-ups and prints. This means I can create prints and calendars using the artwork image. When a portrait is commissioned, I reserve the right to display it in my website gallery and on my social media pages. No unauthorised copies of any artwork can be created without my written consent.

Clients who do not wish their commissioned portrait to be shown online must notify me before work commences.

The artist will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties.
